Therapeutic Approach

My counseling style is rooted in a strengths-based perspective. I tailor therapy to meet the unique needs of each person, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities, including:

  • Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Solution-Focused Therapy

  • Reality Therapy

  • Mindfulness-Based Approaches

  • Family Systems Theory​

Together, we will set realistic, achievable goals that can evolve throughout the course of therapy. Your active participation, both in and between sessions, is essential to meaningful progress. I may offer exercises or tasks to help you practice new skills and build confidence in navigating challenges beyond our time together.
